FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How much will my matter cost?

Most services are flat fee, and every price is on our services page. You see the fee before you pay.

Do I need a consultation first?

No, unless you want one. Most flat-fee services start straight from the online intake. A one-hour consultation is $300.

When does work start?

Once you’ve submitted your intake, accepted the engagement terms, and paid — and we’ve confirmed there’s no conflict of interest.

What does the eviction fee cover?

The JP court case through writ of possession, or the county court appeal if you come to us already at that stage. If the tenant appeals a case we handled in JP court, the appeal is billed hourly.

What should I consider before purchasing real estate in Texas?

Consider the property’s legal status, zoning restrictions, environmental issues, and potential disputes over boundaries or title.

Can you help if my property is being condemned?

Yes. We can represent your interests in eminent domain matters to help ensure you receive just compensation and fair treatment.

How can you help with a dispute with a neighbor?

We develop strategies for resolution, represent you in negotiations, and litigate when needed to protect your property rights.

Do you handle residential and commercial matters?

Yes. We handle both residential and commercial real estate matters.
